How it's made
Six stages, all under one roof.
No outsourcing, no white-labelling, no drop-shipping. Here is exactly what happens between you clicking buy and a lit sign arriving at your door.

Your design becomes a spec
The words, font, width and colour you chose are turned into a production drawing with real dimensions in inches and millimetres. Nothing is estimated by eye.

You approve the proof
We email you the exact artwork we're about to build. Wrong apostrophe, second thoughts about the colour, changed your mind on size — this is the moment to say so. Production doesn't start until you approve.

The backing is cut
Acrylic is laser-cut to the outline of your text, or to a clean rectangle if you chose one. Edges are flame-polished so they catch the light instead of looking sawn.

The tube is formed
Silicone LED flex is bent to the letterforms by hand and fixed to the backing. This is the slow part, and the part that separates a good sign from a cheap one.

Wiring and burn-in
Connections are soldered and sealed, then the sign runs continuously for several hours. Anything that is going to fail early fails here, in our workshop, not on your wall.

Packed and shipped
Crated with fixings, a dimmer and a plug for your country. The proof drawing goes in the box so you can check what arrived against what you approved.

Cool to touch, dimmable, rated to 50,000 hours. No mercury, no gas, no glass.

Cast acrylic backing
Laser-cut and flame-polished. Clear by default, cut to shape or rectangular.

12V low-voltage supply
Certified adapter with a dimmer inline, and the right plug for your country.

Fixings included
Standoff screws and wall plugs, or a chain kit, or a standing base — whichever you picked.
