Shipping & delivery

What it costs, how long it takes, and who handles customs.

Draft — placeholder figures.

Every rate and lead time on this page depends on a fulfilment decision that hasn't been made yet (PRD §3, blocker B2). Do not publish until the shipping model is settled and live freight quotes are in.

Dispatch times

The clock on a custom sign starts at proof approval, not at payment. If you take a week to reply, the delivery date moves by a week.

Costs

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and most of the EU. If your country isn't offered at checkout, ask us — we can usually arrange it.

Customs and import duty

For deliveries outside the United States, any import duty, VAT/GST or customs handling fee is charged by your country and is not included in the price you pay us. Your carrier will collect it before delivery. We declare full commercial value on every shipment and cannot mark a parcel as a gift.

Damage in transit

Signs are crated with foam and corner protection, and every one is burn-in tested before it's packed. If something still arrives broken, photograph it within 48 hours and we'll remake it — see returns.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your sign ships. You can also look it up at any time through order lookup.
