Who you're buying from
Glow N Sign LLC, a limited liability company registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. All prices settle in US dollars regardless of the currency shown to you.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we email your order confirmation. If we can't fulfil it — a stock error, a design we can't safely build — we'll tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and currency
Prices in US, Australian and Canadian dollars are set by us directly. Other currencies are converted at checkout by Stripe, which adds a conversion fee paid by you. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
Custom signs
You are responsible for the wording, spelling and punctuation you submit. We build what you approve on the proof. Custom signs are non-returnable — see the custom order policy.
We won't build content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's trade mark or copyright, or that we consider hateful. If we decline on those grounds we refund you in full. You confirm you have the right to use any name, mark or phrase you submit.
Delivery and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Warranty and liability
Electrical components are warranted for 12 months in normal indoor use. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud where the law does not allow it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
